These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using OriginBrief (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

The Service is a monthly subscription service in which AI collects and analyzes information on themes set by the user and automatically generates research reports.

2. Account

  • Users must provide accurate information
  • Users are responsible for managing their own account
  • If unauthorized use is detected, we may suspend the account

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Starter plan: $33 per month
  • Pro plan: $65 per month
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time (access continues until the end of the current billing period)
  • Full refunds are available if requested within 48 hours of initial purchase; no refunds are available after 48 hours

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized or malicious use of the Service
  • Interfering with other users
  • Reverse engineering
  • Excessive access via automated tools

5. Disclaimer

  • Reports generated by AI are for reference only; the Service does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness
  • The Service is not liable for outcomes of decisions made based on use of the Service
  • The Service is not liable for temporary interruptions or suspensions of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights related to the content, design, and software of the Service belong to the Service. Rights to use theme settings and reports created by users belong to the respective users.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. When material changes occur, we will notify you within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
